  Dear ASDIP Customer: The design of concrete beams is time-consuming. It involves the calculation of the shears for the factored load combinations. These forces in turn must be smaller than the provided design shear strength at any point of the beam, and in addition the design must comply with a number of code limitations.   Dear ASDIP Customer: ASDIP FOUNDATION 4 was released recently. It includes the design of pile caps based on ACI 318 and CRSI Design Guide. The design of pile caps may be time-consuming, since it implies the check of multiple limit states for shear and bending, in addition to the pile axial and lateral capacity.
